Products and Descriptions

We sell a variety of print-on-demand products, including candles, totes, t-shirts, and mugs. We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, including sizing information and product details, which are provided in each item's description. However, as items are printed by a third-party supplier, minor variations in color, size, or design may occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.
Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Free Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Products are printed and shipped directly from our third-party supplier. Our responsibility for the product ends when the item is delivered to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS). In no event shall we be liable for carrier delays, loss, or performance failures. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with our supplier and the carrier to find a resolution.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any items once a purchase has been made. Please carefully review your order, including sizes, colors, and product type, before confirming your purchase.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Items)
The only exception to our No Refund Policy is for items that arrive damaged or are defective.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report this to us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the damage along with your order number.
  • Upon verification of the defect, a replacement item will be provided at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Fikavibe shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. We are not the manufacturer of the products and make no warranties on the products ourselves; any applicable manufacturer warranties may be included with the product packaging.
